Assitant to the Marketing Director

Assistant needed for busy residential property management company in Chapel Hill. This position will combine administrative duties with marketing duties. You will be expected to work with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations and establish policies. We are looking for an individual who is competent in assuming delegated duties and ready to solve problems before they become obstacles. Offsite duties include photography, data validation at properties, and other tasks.
Skills/Duties:
Establish and maintain systems and processes
Research information and create reports
Computer proficiency including web based research, MS Office, Google docs, database software, learning new software systems
Aptitude in problem-solving
Taking on a variety of tasks with superior time management skills
Maintain and coordinate schedule, be prepared for changing that schedule on short notice as situations change
The ability to be professional, clear, articulate, and accurate, both verbally and in writing
Knowledge of Adobe suite (Adobe Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator as well as graphic design and photography is a plus - but not required.
