Order Fulfillment/ Warehouse Specialist

We are seeking an organized and energetic team-player to join our order-fulfillment team. As part of our fulfillment team, you will manage inventory, receive and fulfill orders in an efficient manner, and process returns. This is a fast-paced and occasionally physical position, meaning you must be able to stand, crouch, and lift objects and parcels throughout your shift. Our ideal candidate has prior experience with order fulfillment along with strong data entry and customer service skills.

General Responsibilities:

Receive and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient manner

Note inventory levels and alert supervisors to potential issues

Answer phone calls, process returns, and provide customer service

Assist in counting of physical inventory

Handle customer pick-ups

Ensure warehouse is maintained, clean and accessible

Required Qualifications/Skills:

High School Diploma

Prior purchasing experience is a plus

Prior experience with fulfillment software preferred, but not required

The physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout a standard workday

Must be self-motivated & driven

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Strong organization and prioritization skills

Computer proficiency

Attention to detail

Ability to work independently and within a team
