Job Description:
Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians
Daily Jobs: Answer incoming customer calls. Schedule and coordinate dispatch for all service calls a Dispatch Service Technicians to first call, and following calls Communicate with Service Technicians after completion of each call Update customer database Respond to all emails/texts/voicemails left overnight. Maintain the dispatch board Schedule jobs 2 — 4 days out Contact customers with as parts are received for scheduling. Update customer files as information is received Maintain customer history files in database
Required Qualifications:
1. Dispatch experience required.
2. Customer service experience required.
3. Knowledge of HVAC industry is preferred
4. Advanced customer service skills
5. Ability to multi-task
6. Organized
7. Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
8. Computer skills
9. High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
