CMC is seeking a full-time residential leasing agent for our apartment community located in Hyde Park. Must have basic customer service experience and capable of multi-tasking & work independently. If you have the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, positive attitude and basic customer service skills and seeking an opportunity and challenge with a great company, look no further!

Position is strongly based on sales and customer service. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Following up on leads, Renting apartments, and advertising. Responsible for customer service to all tenants.

Office duties include: Emails, follow up phone calls, assisting Property Manager

No previous leasing experience necessary. Must have some sort of sales or customer service experience, must be knowledgeable with Gmail and all Microsoft programs, reliable a must, team player, bubbly personality, organized etc.

Salary: $15/hr plus bonuses, commissions, and renewals

SCHEDULE: Saturday 10 - 4, Sunday 12 - 4, Monday through Wednesday 8:30 to 5:00 pm

Off every Thursday and Friday

Schedule somewhat flexible, but must be willing to work most weekends.
