- Implement, administer, configure, and support the SCCM Enterprise environment
- Maintain and update Windows Server OS and Hardware
- Desktop deployment automation architecture, design, migration, and troubleshooting
- Manage and maintain a workstation image for large environments
- Contribute to development and ongoing improvement of industry best practices and standards for deploying enterprise desktop technologies
- Deployment, installation, and administration of Microsoft Office products
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical issues and actively pursue mechanisms for preventing, or automating the response to reoccurrences
- Implementing security policies for applications and operating systems utilizing Group Policy
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be a
- Must pass a Federal Law Enforcement Background Investigation
- Minimum of three years’ comparable professional experience working as either a System Administrator or a System Engineer within a Microsoft Windows environment
- Experience managing and designing an OS image for large scale environments
- Knowledge of the Windows registry, interaction of drivers within the OS, and unattended/silent installs of Windows operating systems.
- Functional working and debugging knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Experience in SCCM administration, patching and maintenance.
- Experience utilizing automated technologies for the deployment of desktop systems
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with Microsoft 365 environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field of study; Experience may substitute for the Degree
- Prefer candidates with industry recognized certifications such as: CompTia Server+ or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
