- Ensure business operations are properly supported through the Service Delivery teams, driving reduced installation intervals, and maintaining Best in Class service.
- Responsible for the selection, hiring and career development of new associates in downline.
- Prepare and report on KPI's.
- Analyzes data and identifies opportunities to improve efficiencies and performance, both quantitative and qualitative, within departments.
- Directs the allocation of resources to ensure goals are met and directs the implementation of goals and performance standards for their function.
- Oversees the development of roadmaps required to execute project initiatives including identifying project scope, resource needs, business partner involvement, key action steps, and time frames.
- Vendor negotiations and management.
- Creation of policies, procedures, objectives, and initiatives related to the success of downlines.
- Provide escalation and resolution related to commercial customer complaints and follow up on chronic and unresolved customer issues.
- Ensures productive cross-department relationships and developed and maintained.
- Development of associate progression plans.
- Provide assistance to and communication with other departments and escalation points relevant to the troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues.
- Lead team meetings and provide direction to the department.
- Promote and maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
- BA/BS Degree in a business-related field
- Equivalent experience will be considered
- 3+ years of telecommunications experience
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must currently be, and remain at all times, insurable under the company automobile insurance policies.
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Service Specific Troubleshooting Methods
- Responsible, Self-Motivated, Organized, and a Quick Learner
- Analytical/Logical Problem Solving Skills
- Patient - The Ability to Guide and Teach via the Phone
- Ability to comprehend complex instructions put together and execute strategic strategies communicating and promoting company objectives with other organizations.
