Job Description: Provide excellent corporate and global technical support for major retailer, primarily via phone and Service Now portal. Work includes weekends and after-hours on a rotating schedule.
Respond to telephone, email and Service Now requests
Create and track incidents and requests to ensure timely resolution
Escalate issues to the appropriate group when needed
Support Aptos retail POS system.
Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software on all company end-points.
Document procedures in order to use them in our knowledgebase
