Job Description

We are a Condominium Management Company seeking a full time maintenance professional to join our team. Condominium maintenance experience preferred, but not required. Job responsibilities includes but not limited to: Working closely with Property Managers, Maintenance Supervisor, Property Inspector and Peers to successfully complete maintenance needs. Right candidate must be able to perform a variety of home improvement tasks independently, speak English, be comfortable with heights, have dependable means of transportation, be willing to assume on-call shifts from time to time and be able to pass a background check. A good attitude, STRONG work ethic and good general knowledge of how to preform maintenance tasks a must for this role.
