JOB DESCRIPTION:

Twin City Subaru is at it again. Vermont’s Fastest Growing Subaru Dealership is expanding its Service Advising staff. We are looking for people who are truly trying to improve their lives. No experience, No problem. On average our service advisors can make $60,000+ with no cap on earnings. We are not looking for typical salesmen, we strive to find individuals willing to do what it takes to truly take care of the customer and their vehicle and in return we will reward your efforts greatly. We are part of a local, Vermont-owned family of automotive dealerships and advancement opportunities are always available.

A Service Advisors role is to educate customers on their vehicles and their vehicle needs. Some Automotive background is encouraged, but exceptions can be made for the right individual.

We provide Paid training, 5 day work weeks, NO SUNDAYS and NO MAJOR HOLIDAYS. Our benefits package is second to none. Two weeks of paid vacation, sick time, and no-cost health and dental for our individual employees.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to provide customers with an amazing service experience

Excellent communication skills in person, over phone and via email

Valid driver's license and good driving record

Strong work ethic

Ability to multi-task

Comfortable using computers
