One of our clients in Seattle, Washington is looking for a As Program Manager / Scrum Master with the following skills and experience:
Description/Comment:As Program Manager / Scrum Master, you'll be responsible for working with the Agile teams to develop platform technology to deliver small through large-scale, complex projects from initiation through closure. Responsibilities:- Leverage Agile methodologies to lead Agile teams daily to the successful delivery of software development projects in accordance with the delivery framework and established best practices.
- Plan, coordinate and direct all activities associated with creating and maintaining project plans, communication plans, risks/issues, etc. leveraging best practices defined by the Performance & Operations team.
- Collaborate with Product Managers on project objectives, provide clear communications to teams and stakeholders on of milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Ensure that the team is fully planned and productive.
- Remove impediments, track blockers and report slippages with workable mitigation plans.
- Manage daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives and sprint demos.
- Analyze planned vs. actuals and show improvement in productivity and reduce carryovers between sprints.
- Facilitate backlog grooming and story deconstruction.
- Facilitate team retrospectives and apply lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
- Escalate project risks and constraints to senior management team and help to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Communicate over allocation/idle hours to concerned technical leads throughout the project life cycle.
- Ability to lead multiple environment release cycles.
- Flexibility to lead diverse and dynamic teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Solid facilitation and problem-solving skills and ability to focus both strategically and tactically to achieve project goals.
- Ability to work and participate in a team with open and collaborative style of communications
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team
- Ability to work with minimal direction.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence required.
- Experience in the technology/software industry required.
- CSM/CSPO Certification preferred with a thorough understanding of Scrum Agile Methodologies.
- Experience working within Identity & Access Management is a plus.
