Description:Taking inbound calls from doctors, admins, contractors overseas & other Kaiser employees to serving as the first line of defense assisting with issues. If something is impacting patient care that needs to be restored ASAP, another team is engaged that handles those urgent issues.Skills:Customer service, Help desk, Service desk, call center, Phone support, Troubleshooting, CompTIA A+Top Skills Details:Customer service (tone & being polite) - retail/server experience is greatResourceful (checking knowledge base if they're stumped)Call Center experience (IT call center preferred)Additional Skills & Qualifications:Description:o Provides Level 1 and Level 2 support. o Helpdesk needs include phone support, handling minor triage issues with basic troubleshooting and escalating all other issues to Level 2 and 3 support. o Responsibilities include maintaining, developing and supporting personal computers, servers, local and wide area network, software, and data communications technologies throughout the Firm, to maximize Firm-wide productivity and minimize system downtime. o Assists with Helpdesk duties and installs hardware and software.Job Details:o 1 year technical experience is not required; However, 1+ year customer service plus 1 year of technical training/education or equivalent is required 3 weeks of classroom training on site: CA: shifts scheduled within 7a-4p window Followed by on site 4 weeks to give them support CA - shifts scheduled within 8a-6p window After 4 weeks, there is a performance assessment. If candidate is doing well then they will be permitted to work remotely through August. Due to covid restrictions lessening, they will likely have to return to being on site after August. Equipment will be provided, but they will not be reimbursed for the home cost of internet. Following completion of training: no graveyard shift CA: shifts scheduled within 6a-9pm window Some shift include weekends; no grave yard shifts.
