Title: Calibration Coordinator

  • Objectives of the Project
    • The objective of this project is to meet Company Quality Assurance Engineering requirements for processing Manufacturing and Service tooling in the Calibration Laboratory.

  • Scope, Approach, and Deliverables
    • Provider’s Consultant shall work on a staff augmentation basis in collaboration with and at the direction of Company to assist with the following tasks:Performing the tasks that pertain to completing the Calibration process for Manufacturing and Service tooling. This includes:
    • Receiving in tooling shipments from Company’s logistics group and entering incoming tool data into Company’s Calibration database
    • Preparing tooling for shipment to calibration providers
    • Receiving tooling shipment from calibration providers and completing tool data into Company’s Calibration database
    • Completing tasks to prepare tools to be put back into use (assign and attach labels)
    • Finalizing tool shipments back to Manufacturing and Services personnel
    • Assist with coordination and relocation of the Calibration Lab to new Company facility
      • Document calibration and preventive maintenance process for all tools
      • Ensure Calibration labeling for all tools
      • Notify tool owners of upcoming Calibration
      • Coordinate all Calibration activities for all tools
      • Ensure all Calibration activities are documented in the Calibration Database
      • Store and make available Certificate of Calibration for all tools
      • Assist with coordination and relocation of Calibration Lab to new Company’s facility
