Title: Configuration Analyst II - MES - Shop Floor AppsLocation: Sylmar, California,91342Dur : 6 MonthsResponsibilities: Perform configuration and maintenance of the FTPC MES software based on business requirements Provide level 1 MES system support to local manufacturing business teams Performs business process analysis to define configuration requirements Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties Perform configuration and maintenance of the FTPC MES software based on business requirements Provide level 1 MES system support to local manufacturing business teams Performs business process analysis to define configuration requirements Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties Ability to coordinate small to medium projects as a configuration resource Contributes to end-user training as needed Provides support to existing applications and resolves business and technical problem Ensure compliance with all SJM procedures including all applicable regulatory agency requirements Performs other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned Associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience 1+ years of technical experience 1+ years of experience with FTPC and/or PROMIS MES systems 1+ years of manufacturing / shop floor knowledge / experience Advanced computer knowledge and experience Ability to multi-task efficiently on several simultaneous efforts Experience in training material creation and delivery, using a variety of training methods Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred. Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment. Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
