Position Details:

  • Will be responsible to support Business Development through delivery led growth, support mining and business expansion of existing client accounts.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities based on the observations while working with customers. Ability to enter into a proactive dialogue with customer and propose potential high-level solutions by engaging sales & practice teams into the dialogue.
  • Will independently work with the customers to understand expectations, accordingly. Will require attending meetings with senior management of the client to understand their business objectives, assignment directive etc.
  • Should have worked in a technical capacity and should be able to contribute as a technology savvy lead
  • Minimum 14 - 15+ years’ experience in the consulting space with at least 5-7 years of leading large IT global delivery teams
  • Experience with at least 1 large customer on Agile & DevOps transformations
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements with global team size of approximately 50-100 resources
  • Directly responsible for managing a book of business/P&L in the range of $10-15MM
  • Proven track record of managing large client engagements in a co-sourced and managed service environment
  • Proven track record of leading high performing team members
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience of onsite, offshore and near shore engagements
  • Ability to uncover business challenges and develop point solutions applicable in the identified client areas
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to present solutions to both technical and executive audiences
  • Experience working in a client facing role in which presentations and extensive written/verbal communication was part of your leadership responsibility
  • Strong communication skills in order to manage teams, interact with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to work collaboratively across verticals, horizontals, service lines and functions
  • Strong experience in managing Agile based engagements
  • Engage clients in issue resolution/ decisions and drive alternatives with thought leadership and automation experience
  • Identify and implement tools/ services that can help the engineering team to produce better software/ services more efficiently and provide recommendations
  • Work with practice teams to identify and recommend improvement opportunities by leveraging process maturity model and assessment toolkit

  • Leads engagement with software developers, devops engineers to integrate software development and delivery from inception to full operation, ensuring robust released software and systems, typically for high traffic services or key infrastructure.

Key Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of a particular area – Agile/DevOps
  • Experience in open-source tech stack – Java, Mulesoft, API Connect
  • Hands on experience in using JIRA & JIRA Align for managing the entire portfolio
  • Solid understanding of new modern technology trends
  • Expert proficiency in SAFe methodology
