Business Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC Description: Our client is currently seeking a Business Analyst This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Interview stakeholders and document current pain points and gaps, and expectation from the next version of the data warehouse - Document use cases and define success criteria for migration - Document functional, regulatory and performance requirements for the platform - Work with Nuveen application architecture group to document nonfunctional requirements - Document current and future user access pattern and geographical locations - Work with the developers to deep dive, analyze, and document the functionality provided by the 1500+ ETL jobs and their operational cadence. - Document all business processes supported by the Real Estate data warehouse. Work with the developers to document upstream and downstream dependencies and their SLAs - Work with architects and developers to develop a project plan to achieve migration goal
