Salesforce CRM Business AnalystSan Diego Long term Experience: 5 - 7 yrs
Experience with Industrial Gas Turbine Sales and/or Marketing processes Familiarity with Marketing Cloud and/or Einstein AnalyticsWe are looking for a business analyst to support our Salesforce enterprise application including Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Main tasks will include performing detailed requirements gathering, documenting processes, and performing user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. You will work closely with technical architects and developers to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.Responsibilities: · Understanding business processes, obtaining requirements, and developing solutions. · Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. · Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. · Working closely with business users, technical teams, and managerial staff. · Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. · Performing user acceptance testing. · Managing small projects and stakeholder expectations.Minimum Qualifications:· A bachelor’s degree in business or related field · 2-5 years business analyst experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud · Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills · The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions · Experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboards · Excellent presentation skills and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications:Vacancy expired!
