Commercial Lending Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Commercial Lending Business Analyst in Charlotte, NC.Summary:As part of the Lending Transformation the company is creating a centralized document repository for all of lending. Once this repository is created it will be rolled out to all of Commercial Banking (What was Wholesale Banking). They are taking 14 repositories and blending them into one. The 2 biggest chunks are moving this year. The team is in CLT. This group sits between the business and technology teams helping the two to come together - this candidate does not need to be extremely technical.REQUIREMENTS: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment - User Stories, Use Cases; Jira; Experience with Sprints Business Requirements, discovery facilitation, understanding business needs Financial or Insurance experience Experience gathering and documenting requirements for systems and process changes Great communication - written and oral Knowledge of ALM or Jira would be a plus Very nice to have: Targeting a BA with Commercial Lending experience - commercial lending processes and operations experience; Could have started out as a Loan processor or someone of the lending side and then transitioned to a BA or someone that's always been a BA focused to the Commercial Lending Space Knowledge and experience with Image and Document Management processes, including taxonomy would be an extreme nice to have If they have experience creating test plans and/or with script development it would good; May get involved some but this is not a huge dealKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
