Senior Support Specialist

Title: Support Specialist / RemoteWe are looking for a Support Specialist to join our team to be responsible for 1st and 2nd levelsupport, performing technical onboarding of new employees, helping build our technical internaldocumentation and onboarding- and support-processes.Responsibilities: Respond to user technical support inquiries and provide efficient and excellent customer service. Provide strong IT support to end users within our organization Perform onboarding and training of new employees. Research, reviews, and collects available technical information as a basis for documentation. Work with stakeholders to document current business processes and implement improvements. Write and update training and instructional articles in Knowledgen base and internal system Creates new documentation or updates existing documentation to reflect changes in product or process. Writes and maintains end-user documentation and instructional content. Create technical content using diverse methods including in-person, documentation, and videos for end-user consumption. Qualifications/Skills: Excellent demonstrative communication skills over numerous mediums, and great writing skills. Ability to dissect complex technical procedures to easy digestible steps. 5 years of experience supporting enterprise environments with general networking, hardware and software, and SAAS applications questions. Demonstrable expertise in device management and configuration. Expertise in user account management Experience with G Suite, Okta, JAMF (or similar MDM), Intune, macOS & Windows support/managementWe are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
