Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant

The Range LLC is hiring for a full charge bookkeeper.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellence in teamwork while possessing a strong knowledge in bookkeeping. Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Full Charge Bookkeeping tasks performed timely and with accuracy while utilizing software programs; QuickBooks, and industry specific point of sale software.

-Payroll

-Payroll Quarterlies

-Accounts Payable

-Accounts Receivable

-Collections and Membership billings

-Financial Reporting

-Sales and Use tax Reporting

Assist with special projects.

Assist customers and team members as needed.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Hours: Flexible hours available. Ideally 32-40 hours per week, duties performed on location (not remotely).

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years full charge bookkeeping experience required. Retail experience a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Must be a self-starter with a can-do attitude.

- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
