Smithereen is looking for Pest Management Service Technicians to join the team. This position will allow you to work independently and give your customers the peace of mind they deserve. Experience is preferred, however we will train. Qualified candidates must be organized and detail oriented, have good verbal communication and computer skills, and be able to provide excellent customer service at all management levels.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Inspecting and treating for pests and any conditions that could lead to pest activity

Building and maintaining good customer relations

Participating in continued company training and meetings

Ability and willingness to work flexible hours-

Being an interactive member of the Smithereen team.

Possess a valid driving license with a record that meets company standards

Have a high school diploma or GED

Must be 21 years of age

Must be able to work Monday-Friday and some Saturdays

Show a stable work history

Work independently and in teams

Satisfactorily complete initial technical training

Be comfortable working with insect and rodent pests in a variety of conditions and confined spaces

Ability to read and understand product labels in English

All technicians must be clean shaven for respirator safety use

Pass a pre-employment drug screen, job physical, and criminal background check
