Assess customer service department staff’s work and provide regular performance-related feedback.

Monitor the daily activities of customer service operations.

Assist customer service staff with duties where required.

Train staff in areas of customer service, Mas90 data entry and company policies.

Manage staff work schedules

Investigating and solving customer service complaints.

Develop and implement efficient and better customer service policies.

Additional responsibilities to be discussedRequirements:

MUST have a flexible schedule and MUST be able to work on Saturdays.

High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.

2+ years of work experience in a similar position.

Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.

Proficient computer skills and average typing speed (30+wpm).

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong people skills.

Excellent phone etiquette.
