Leasing Assistant/Property Manager

We are seeking a Property Manager/ Leasing Agent to become a part of our team!

Responsibilities:

Attract and educate new tenants

Investigate and resolve tenant complaints

Execute Lease agreements

Conduct Property Tours

Assist with follow up of work order and repair requests

Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property management or other related Customer Service fields

Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases

Ability to build rapport with tenants

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
