Associate Attorney (Palm Springs Area)

Small law firm looking for an Associate Attorney.

The ideal candidate will:

Possess a current California Bar license

Have some experience in Criminal, Family or Immigration Law

Be able to effectively communicate with clients, staff, opposing parties, and the courts

Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with the help of associate attorneys

Draft documents such as correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts to be used proceedings and contract negotiations

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

The position can be full-time or part-time depending on the particular applicant. Wage is also negotiable.
