Immediate opening (CTS) Castaic Truck Stop, petroleum fueling Truck stop /mini-mart/ Restaurant / Retail operation Manager.

Candidate Must have prior management experience to be able to do hiring, training, scheduling.

Experience with vendor management. Ordering and keeping inventory of products/ add best seller products from competitor's and statistics / find new vendors suppliers and know how to do negotiations on prices on buying, and how to price wright via competitor's, must be able to go out purchase merchandise's, product's, be open or travel and have open hours and days to cover 24/7 problems that may arise

Computer literate and experience with Point of Sale back office.

Experience with cashiers and maintenance management,

Must have HR experience

Retail sales experience is must.

know how to advertise, sales oriented, put up specials, sales daily, weekly, do promotions, do various advertising, up keep and follow social media.

must be very energetic and creative person to also be able to mandate employees to greet all customers with full hands on customer service, mandated up sales and train employees to call customers via there names, be welcoming and create customer service to never say NO.

must be able to work long hours and different shifts, be local no more then 35 miles away.

must handle surveys be computer literate, do various advertisements, go see customers locally, be able to travel locally and find top seller items,

driving, buying is a must.

Spanish / Armenian or other languages is a plus but not required.

degree is a must of Bachelors or Masters

important capability is to raise volume and create environment and services to have return customers for the fuel, mini-market, restaurant
