Job Summary:

Market and tour properties in assigned portfolio while providing exceptional customer experience.

Essential Job Duties:

· Respond to leads promptly, answer prospective calls and provide information on apartment inquiries.

· Greet prospective residents and provide property tours.

· Maintain thorough knowledge of the market and competitive properties.

· Use sales and marketing knowledge to drive property traffic.

Skills and Experience:

· Self-motivated, high energy and eager to produce.

· Knowledgeable in Fair Housing Laws.

· Organized and detail oriented.

· Must be able to work weekends!

· Vehicle required.

· Valid California Driver's license and state insurance required.

· Current CA Real Estate License is preferred.
