Lab Test Manager (point of sale)

Our direct client is seeking a Point of Sale Lab Manager/IT Analyst to Manage the Retail Lab in San Ramon, CA (remote for now). The POS Lab Manager/IT Analyst will be responsible for End to End Life Cycle Management of all Point of Sale Equipment (POS systems, Pump Dispensers, and associated network equipment), assist with coordination of testing, equipment ordering and setup, Management of Change activities, Compliance, and safety requirements. The position is required to sit on site. The position is slated through the end of year and will most likely extend. Summary: Candidate should have an IT technical background who has lab manager skills. Candidate needs to have experience with POS related testing in the lab environment (lab equipment and systems) Requirements/Skills: • Minimum 3 years in similar/related role with demonstrated proficiencies in requirements/skills listed below: • Candidates local to the Bay Area Required- selected candidate will be required to work on site • POS system and Hardware knowledge or related experience o Experience with POS such as VeriFone or Gilbarco, big plus • IT Analytic and Troubleshooting acumen (network, hardware and software) • System and software installation skills • PCI (Payment Card Industries) and Credit/Debit Card processing knowledge • Safety and Operational process awareness and enforcementWhy Kelly ® ?By partnering with Kelly® Technology, you'll have direct connections to top companies around the globe-giving you the chance to put your tech skills to work on some of today's most intriguing, innovative, and high-visibility projects.
