Industrial Global QMS ManagerJoining the Stanley Black & Decker team means joining one of the world's largest, fastest-growing, and most dynamic companies. Stanley Black & Deckeris a world-leading provider of tools and storage, commercial electronic security and engineered fastening systems, with unique growth platforms and a track record of sustained profitable growth.The Industrial Global QMS Manager will work with engineering and quality teams to develop and maintain Global Operation standards with focus to identify gaps and opportunities to improve processes and drive standardization across all Industrial manufacturing sites. Will develop and execute strategies to leverage resources for certification such as trainings and audits, drive continual improvement and cost reduction for certification expenses. Will support sites by mentoring and guidance for ISO9001, IATF16949 and AS1900 certifications. Assure compliance of Global Procedures by auditing and certifying sites. Responsible to drive implementation for the QMS (software) and to assure that the system meets our standards and procedures. Will work in conjunction with the Q4.0 team to prioritize activities for QMS Improvements. Qualification requirements:

  • Experience driving implementation for ISO9001:2015, IATF16949 and AS9100D to manufacturing or distribution centers.
  • Lead Auditor and experience performing certification audits
  • 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing and Quality for Automotive, Aerospace or Industrial products
  • Experience providing training for Quality standards and Quality tools.
  • Lean Six Sigma practitioner. (plus)
  • Bachelor's in engineering/technical field preferred.
  • Proficient Office, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, (ETQ is a plus)
  • Experience leading by influence and Strong drive for teamwork.
  • Bilingual German (plus)
  • Management of quality reviews and meetings (meeting minutes, schedules, cadence and reports)
