Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and remediation of automated jobs BOT and SQL jobs which drive business dashboard reporting and transactional ERP activities
  • Administration and set up of complex configurations in business applications
  • Level 2 and 3 troubleshooting and fixing of business applications
  • Develop and maintain automated test suites for bespoke business applications
  • Develop and support Google forms and workflow submissions in corporate portal
  • Maintain internal intranet
  • Effectively communicate with geographically diverse user base
qualifications:
  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 4 years of experience
  • Education: Bachelors

  • SQL
  • Python
