RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client, a growing pharmaceutical firm based in New York, NY is searching for a Desktop Support Technician with strong Windows experience. This role is 100% remote. Some exposure to MAC is a plus. This role is paying a competitive package and superb medical benefits. Desktop Support Technician Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance Troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical problems, taking ownership of issue resolution, and researching solutions as required Escalate and re-direct issues to the appropriate resource when necessary Help develop IT documentation, support guides and helpdesk procedures Provide assistance to local IT support teams Provisions and deprovisions equipment and user accounts across various SAAS systems Managing day-to-day maintenance of Microsoft Office 365 products, computer patching, and general IT inventory dutiesREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree is preferred Minimum of 4+ years of help desk technician or support role Experience administering Microsoft Azure AD and Microsoft Office 365 products. Experience in administering could-hosted file systems Experience in administering a helpdesk ticketing system Experience in remote IT troubleshooting, PC imaging, setting up/configuring mobile devices. Experience in utilizing a RMM platform for remote management Solid understanding of both PC and MAC computers Experience with security, automation, and patching software Comfortable supporting remote locations and end users Excellent customer service, team attitude, and interpersonal skillsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
