- Receive of equipment including unboxing, and disposal of boxes
- Decommission of old equipment; adherence client guidelines policy (Asset disposal)
- Imaging workstations/mobile devices and any other prerequisites
- Updating ticketing systems
- Asset tracking
- IS Analyst(s) experience in Microsoft, virtual environment (Horizon View) and their end user products.
- Experience in Hardware desktop support and peripherals
- Misc. items align to an IS analyst responsibility for deployment and end user support
- Equipment support and lifecycle for conference and training room
- Team will report up to the manager of the IT Service Desk
- Team Lead responsible for execution of Community’s deployment strategy, weekly status report, and attendance to weekly project meetings
- Prep staging area for equipment
- End User support
- End User assistant in loading equipment
- Assisting with the IT training class to train users how to log into the equipment, setup mobile file, show work from home end users how to connect equipment
