  • Receive of equipment including unboxing, and disposal of boxes
  • Decommission of old equipment; adherence client guidelines policy (Asset disposal)
  • Imaging workstations/mobile devices and any other prerequisites
  • Updating ticketing systems
  • Asset tracking
  • IS Analyst(s) experience in Microsoft, virtual environment (

    Horizon View) and their end user products.
  • Experience in Hardware desktop support and peripherals
  • Misc. items align to an IS analyst responsibility for deployment and end user support
  • Equipment support and lifecycle for conference and training room
  • Team will report up to the manager of the IT Service Desk
  • Team Lead responsible for execution of Community’s deployment strategy, weekly status report, and attendance to weekly project meetings
  • Prep staging area for equipment
  • End User support
  • End User assistant in loading equipment
  • Assisting with the IT training class to train users how to log into the equipment, setup mobile file, show work from home end users how to connect equipment
