CRM/Sales Function Analyst

Our Company is the world leader in niche peristaltic and sinusoidal pumps and associated fluid path technologies for the pharmaceutical, industrial, and environmental industriesOur Company has a vacancy within the Group Information Systems organization for AX Business Systems Analyst to play a key role in the on-going support and continuing deployment/development of the Group Dynamics AX platform, primarily in the Production area, with the possibility of expanding into other business areas.You will work within a newly created team to support the Americas with 11 sites and as part of an overall established global team, primarily supporting the on-going development of our Microsoft Dynamics AX platform (our key business system) across the Americas within the company operations. Responsible for working with Sales and Marketing stakeholders providing day-to-day support, maintenance, configuration and improvements to our Sales/CRM platform.It is expected that the role will cover all aspects of work with the business system, including:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 with deploying and administration • Understand the sales order lifecycle from Campaigns, Opportunities, Quotes, Purchase Order, Invoicing• Engage stakeholders to understand the desired business outcomes and to define success criteria build relationships with sales staff to ensure needs are being met and assist research & analytics as needed• First-line support for end-users related to Sales/CRM system, including triaging tickets assigned through and resolving them keeping end-users updated in a timely fashion with customer service in mind. • Review project/change requests and provide input from an IS perspective and develop business process design/mapping and documentation. • Manage company data – maintain data integrity by developing reporting tools to support sales team throughout the sales lifecycle.• Assist with streamlining internal processes and data flow. Evaluate gaps in the current system, Propose and deliver solutions to these gaps • Develop training curriculum and deliver training sessions to the solution’s end users• Support conversions, upgrades, and enhancements. Provide system and process training, and ensure that any supporting documentation is up to date• Ensure all project activities are kept within budget, on plan, and delivered to agreed quality• Support the knowledge acquisition of the local site Key Users and end-users, both on-going and as part of a project implementation

• Requires 2-4 years of experience in an ERP business analyst role.• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX in a BSA / Functional role.• Experience working on large projects or programs related to Sales/CRM.• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation of business needs & processes• Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, Excel, Visio, SharePoint and workflow tools• Able to interact with all levels of personnel in a professional and engaging manner• Maintains the highest level of professionalism under pressure• Ability to use independent judgment when needed• Excellent communication skills• Experience working in the pharmaceutical, industrial, and environmental industries is a plus• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
