A3 Technology, Inc. is searching for a full-time Project Control Analyst to join our Infrastructure support team. The Project Control Analyst will be part of the work intake group. This position processes project service requests from customers and ensures projects, escalations, and records are documented according to agency standards.This position can be located in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, or Washington, DC or Oklahoma City, OK.

Responsibilities:
  • Support customer service, work intake meetings, service request records management, reporting and metrics, offline assignments, and other intake processes according to established standards.
  • Provide customers with a positive service experience while ensuring that their requirements are validated and managed.
  • Verify data accuracy.
  • Communicate accurate and timely responses/updates to customers and management about Service Requests.
  • Create & Distribute Agenda to Intake Team, Team Lead and Manager prior to Intake Meeting.
  • Transcribe Service Request Discussion and Decisions.
  • Update Service Request Records with Meeting Decisions.
  • Daily collaboration with Portfolio Managers, Management, and Staff to answer questions or provide information.
  • Daily processing of Service Request record updates for change in requirements.
  • Ensure teammates are aware of what items you are processing via Group Chat, Phone, or Email.
  • Provide support as required for planned and on-demand reporting and metrics for Weekly, Monthly & On-Demand Reports.

Skills Required:
  • A Bachelor’s degree +2 years of project control experience or 10 years of project control experience.
  • Ability to summarize and communicate issues succinctly.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to develop and follow processes and SOPs.
  • Experience developing and submitting reports according to a schedule.
  • Experience updating and maintaining records, including cross-referencing data.
  • Experience communicating status updates to a distributed team.
  • Attention to detail.

Skills Preferred:
  • Experience working with a large organization (>35,000 customers).
  • Experience collaborating with peer and client teams.
  • Experience working remotely and onsite.
  • Experience using a Helpdesk system – BMC Remedy is a plus

Education:
  • High School Diploma/GED and 10 years related experience OR
  • Bachelor's degree in IT Management, Business, or related field and 2 years related experience (preferred).
