Description:This person will provide both oversight and hands-on contributions for all implementation discussions including the software design, development, and integration for our client's Salesforce platform on the CSCA Sales Operations team. The Consumer Self-Care Americas (CSCA) segment develops, manufactures, and markets over-the-counter (OTC) store brand products, primarily in the cough, cold, allergy, analgesics, gastrointestinal, smoking cessation, infant formula, and oral care.This Salesforce team sits outside of the IT department as part of the sales organization. This is a CloudCraze B2B instance. The team is comprised of five people, a project manager, trainer, Business Analyst and a developer. This team works closely with the sales organization to understand where the business is trying to go, giving his/her thoughts on strategic direction and driving the project in the right direction. This is a B2B Salesforce Architect (CloudCraze) with experience in development and architecture. This position is replacing a developer that didn't have enough architecture skills to help make the necessary changes required. This person needs to have the ability to work with non-technical sales leadership team and then talk technical with the team members. This is a Salesforce Lightning environment. The current B2B instance was set a couple of years ago and our client is working through various ecommerce strategies and they need expertise to see if it is set up for how they plan to use it or if they need to course correct and make architectural changes.They have a few custom features:a. Guest/Anonymous Checkout - While we serve the B2B Account use case, the site was also set up to serve a B2C use case, to allow consumers the ability to purchase at SRP pricing. b. Broker access to multiple accounts - For some "power" users, we provide them the ability to shop on behalf of multiple B2B Accounts - which means the ability to have access to that Account, and it's specific price list. c. We also currently have a fairly complex pricing model that we are looking to simplify.
