Program ManagerTechnuf LLC is a DC Metro based hi-tech 8(a) small business with customers across federal & stategovernment agencies and commercial organizations. We are a CMMI and ISO certified organization withexpertise in areas such as Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Application Development andModernization as well as emerging technologies such as AI, DevSecOps and Block Chain.To further expand our Federal Government footprint, Technuf is seeking highly qualified and experiencedindustry leaders to lead large contract vehicles/GWACs.Role:The Program Manager will own and be responsible for the overall program. The PM will provideprofessional technical support services to assist the customer’s various organizations, missions,functions, and objectives enabling them to facilitate research and development, test and evaluation, andscientific knowledge and technological transfers to their Operational Components. The PM will extendsupport to maintain and evolve the customer’s organizational IT transformation.Responsibilities:The PM shall support in the most efficient and effective manner possible to include providing support andcollaboration across Function Areas. This task includes the provision of project, logistical andadministrative support. This includes management of projects of all sizes through intake, initiation,planning, monitoring, execution and closing while managing the constraints of cost, time, resources,scope and quality.The PM shall advise and support senior Government executives on a formal IT strategy, enterprisearchitecture, portfolio management, and its alignment with an enterprise governance model/frameworkand the federal Technology Business Management playbook. The PM shall regularly and recurrentlysupport analysis, evaluation and preparation of recommendations for system improvements, optimization,development, and/or maintenance efforts.Requirements:The ideal candidate will be a certified Program Management Professional (PMP) from the ProgramManagement Institute (PMI) with 15 or more years of experience performing project management supportservices in a supervisory and/or leadership role. A Master’s Degree or higher is preferred but notrequired. As such, the PM will own the P&L for the program and will lead the Strategic Planning andprovide direction to the program and the task orders.
