Job Title: Project/Program Management - Program Manager IVStart/End Dates: 4/22/2021 - 10/21/2021Location: New York NYThis person can be located in New York City, DC, Chicago or MPKJob Description: We are seeking an experienced strategic program change manager who has strong experience in program and change management and running multiple projects simultaneously within a program portfolio.RESPONSIBILITIESWork as part of the Change Excellence & Delivery team with cross functional stakeholders to manage a program of technology enhancements, migrations, and operational function enhancements Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to Change Excellence & Delivery governance framework Maintain program portfolio of all projects to ensure projects stay on track and program goals are reached Work closely with Change Excellence & Delivery Lead, Change Release Managers, Engineers, and Operations Managers to plan, develop scope, identify program deliverables, and assemble project teams do deliver against work plan Evaluate, overcome, and appropriate escalate program risks, project challenges, and produce status reports for management and stakeholdersMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor''s degree in a field such as industrial engineering, business management, economics or a related technical field5+ years of experience working in a program management and complex 5+ project management roleDeep experience managing multiple projects within a program across a variety of stakeholders Keen eye for detail in program and project management to ensure all projects are delivered on time, with changes to scope managed and communicated accordingly Excellent communication skills with program stakeholders and to senior management when required Experience working as part of a global, cross-functional team in multiple geographic regions and working with all levels Working knowledge of change management principlesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSChange management or project management certification a plus Knowledge of Compliance Operations Experience in Risk and Compliance would be a bonus •PMI or PMP certification preferred.Benefits:
