WeeCasa Tiny House Resort in Lyons, CO is seeking a P/T Weekend Front Desk Team Member!
Must be available to work Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday 5pm-12am.
Basic Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer incoming telephone calls
Receive and make reservations from various sources: online system, telephone calls and walk-ins. Modify existing reservations.
Check guests in and out
Process credit card payments
Greet visitors (including non-guests) and provide information about WeeCasa homes and amenities, and answer inquiries from guests regarding restaurants, transportation, entertainment, etc.
Handle guest special requests and complaints (Inform management of any guest complaints)
Relay home maintenance issues to appropriate personnel
Print reports and guest forms
Track and maintain stock of house keys
Coordinates room status updates with the housekeeping department by notifying housekeeping of all check-outs, late check-outs, early check-ins and special requests.
Inspects homes after being cleaning by housekeepers to ensure home is fully stocked and WeeCasa cleanliness standards are met.
Communicate with incoming staff and management by logging pertinent information
Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the office
Job Requirements:
Outgoing, approachable and friendly demeanor; enjoy working with the public.
Must have strong organizational skills.
Ability to be self-directed and work with minimal supervision.

Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software applications
Pleasant telephone demeanor
Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner
Ability to stand, walk and move around during entire shift
