WANTED – Site Manager/Team Leader/Moral Booster

Seeking Site Leads to manage COVID-19 testing sites. Join us in the frontline fight to care for our communities. We provide free COVID-19 tests to communities across Colorado and are seeking site leaders with management experience to lead our teams. The fight against COVID-19 is the greatest humanitarian effort we may witness in our lifetime. We are seeking leaders who understand the importance of our role as testing sites and who don’t shy away from a challenge. Must be detail oriented, mobile and willing to work in the outdoor elements.

Duties:

Site opening and closing

Maintaining site standards and procedures

Patient courtesy and concierge

Staff care, coordination and scheduling

Inventory management

Understanding and maintaining HIPAA and PPE compliance

Qualifications:

Prior management experience

Exceptional customer service skills

Strong language skills (bi-lingual a HUGE plus)

Comfort around medical procedures

Strong, positive attitude

Strong communication skills

Basic computer skills

Term: The nature of this position is dictated by how long we have testing sites. We anticipate our sites being open for the foreseeable future. We will stay in the fight as long as we are needed.

Compensation: $20/hr to train. $25/hr based on site needs and experience.

Schedule: The Silverthorne location will operate 7 days a week/9-6. Site leads are responsible for opening and closing.

There will be two schedules. A- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and the first 1/2 of Wednesday. B- Second half of Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Flexibility is appreciated as things could change.

Start Date: Varies. Positions are immediately available and positions are being planned for the near future.
