Seeking qualified, organized and high-energy part-time administrative assistant to assist with office management duties. Qualified applicants shall have a minimum of 1 year of prior documented office/administrative assistant-type position experience. Qualified applicants should have some knowledge and experience in the following areas:

-QuickBooks bookkeeping software including invoicing and payroll functions.

-Management of company account receivable accounts and account payable accounts including organization and filing in systematic method.

-Management of time tracking systems and processing of payroll

-General understanding of contracting or similar service insurance requirements, filings and annual audits/reconciliations with insurance providers.

-Organization of company files and periodic contract organization. Organizing of documentation is daily and strong organizational skills are required.

-Computer skills and utilization of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, Dropbox.

-Customer service skills including answering company phone and talking with company clients, communicating with division managers of company as needed based upon client needs and emailing correspondences as needed to effectively assist owner as needed.

Qualified applicants must have a minimum of a high school degree or equivalent and college education in similar study is highly desired. Applicants shall have valid drivers license, ability to pass background check, reliable transportation to work, ability to work 20-30 hours per week (full time work may be option depending on ability to perform errands and other tasks for company which will be determined during interview process), effective communication skills to work with firm's management and staff, and ability to lift up to 25 Lbs. occasionally during work day. Personal traits such as being organized, attentiveness, detail-oriented and accountability are highly desired.

Starting pay shall be determined based upon prior experience and education. Position shall include training by company's administrative office manager on company standards and procedures.
