We’re truly searching for a part time operational assistant rock star for our brand, Maniology.com. Our mission is to empower creativity with nail art. No matter if you love nail art or not, we welcome you to apply for this post if what we do interests you.

Job details:

You will provide support in the following areas:

Print, organize, and process daily shipping orders.

Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are being fulfilled accurately.

Assist warehouse team to receive shipment delivery.

Learn and adapt our brand personality & core values. Improve your understanding of our products & services to help better serve our customers.

Specific requirements:

Computer & technology savvy.

Experience in ecommerce Shopify platform (desirable)

Quick learner to use new software applications such as Slack, Ship Stations, Monday.com, and etc.

Dependable, honest, & proactive. It is important to have these elements to build a good team
