Property Management company is hiring for a full time Office Support Team Member. This position is Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with an hour lunch. Some Saturday work is required in the summer.
Duties include but not limited to:
Monthly exterior property inspections Helping answering phones Assist reception as needed Showing properties- More of this during summer Schedule showings and move in inspections Tenant relations Data entry for all departments Run errands Filing Making and delivering tenant/property notices Other office duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Current Driver’s license, good driving record and current insurance. Basic office skills: copy, fax machine, multiline phone etc. Computer Skills: Microsoft word, Excel, Google Docs and able to learn new software Customer service experience: being able to follow directions, organized, detail oriented, accurate, punctual, driven, ability to work independently, good interpersonal communication skills and the ability to multitask. Bilingual is a plus
Must pass a background check upon hire
