CAD Data Entry Administrator

Dynamic team located in a petrochemical plant in Mount Vernon, IN, is seeking a self-motivated CAD Data Entry Administrator. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the organization and control of project data to facilitate the on-time delivery of Pipeline Inspection reports to clients.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Check technical pipeline reports for common English / grammatical errors along with technical mistakes and consistency

- Enter the pipeline inspection field data into the inspection tracking system utilizing Microsoft Office and UltraPipe/PSAIM

- Create inspection packages from historical data for scheduled field inspections

- Create and update isometric inspection reference drawings

- Learn the use of specialized software

- Become proficient in the use of UltraPipe/PSAIM

Qualifications/Requirements:

- High School Diploma / GED

- Ability to pass federal and local criminal background checks

- Ability to pass initial and random alcohol and drug screening

- Proficient in basic AutoCAD (specifically isometric)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Knowledgeable in SAP

- Knowledgeable in UltraPipe/PSAIM or similar inspection tracking software

- Association of Reciprocal Safety Councils – Basic Plus Trained
