Attention Customer Service Representative
AutoGlassNow is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Grand Opening at our new Evansville IN location. The Customer Service Representative will work in a sales environment and interact with customers to answer general inquiries. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional image through proper telephone etiquette and uphold a can-do attitude at all times.
Job Duties:
· Working in a sales/results-oriented environment
· Answering inbound and outbound calls
· Providing excellent customer service to all callers
· Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed
· Opening new accounts and servicing existing accounts.
Requirements:
· At least 1+ year experience in a call center/ phones
· At least 1+ year experience in retail/sales, or other customer service environment
· At least 1+ year experience in auto glass (Auto Glass Experience a Plus)
· Strong communication skills
· Basic computer knowledge
· Ability to juggle multiple tasks
· High School Diploma (or GED required)
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Ability to work in a sales-oriented environment
· Bilingual ( requested but not required)
