Serve as point of contact for clients experiencing software issues in a professional and friendly manner
Document, diagnose, and resolve software-related issues in a timely fashion
Answer questions and train clients on proper use of software technologies
Escalate trouble tickets properly and efficiently
Participate in software and quality assurance testing
Manage and conduct software installation
Conduct on-line training sessions with clients for use of specific features
Provide on-site software support and/or training
Job Requirements:
Ability to understand and articulate software development process
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Experience working on a service ticket system
Ability to travel to remote locations to provide software support and/or training
Ability to manage multiple projects, in detail, in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-focused inclination
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to work flexible shifts
Bonus Proficiencies:
2+ years of professional experience in software or technical support role
Strong background in SQL, PowerBuilder, or Microsoft.net
