NATIONAL FLAG FOOTBALL

Game Day Representative - Part-time/Seasonal

League Tasks:

Oversee game day operations.

Set up and break down league booth.

Officials scorecard preparation.

Meet and greet customers.

Sell mouth guards.

Actively create relationships with and provide support for all coaches and officials.

Responsible for setting up and breaking down game fields.

Oversee and handle game situations/conflicts.

Ensure implementation and provide knowledge of all rules of the game, as needed.

Clean up of the fields and surrounding areas throughout the day.

Weekly communication with and support of the staff at headquarters.

Completion and submittal of the Weekend Review (scores, events of the day. etc.).

Ensure all players and coaches are having a great experience.

League Requirements:

Ability to attend coaches’ meetings and mandatory staff trainings.

Ability to work 7-8 Saturdays or Sundays for the duration of the season.

Ability to communicate with Operations Coordinator at the Main Office throughout game day via phone with access to the internet.

Ability to address concerns and questions from customers appropriately.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma

Ability to carry a minimum of 25 lbs.

Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.

Ability to transport and store large/cumbersome pieces of equipment (example - Awning tent, foldable table, storage container, etc.).

Customer service-oriented personality.

Problem-solving skills.

Conflict resolution experience.

Ability to pass both the Game Day Representative and Rules tests with 90% or higher accuracy rate.

Ability to officiate Flag Football games in the event of missing official(s). Premium will be paid for hours spent officiating.

Ability to coach Flag Football teams in the event of a missing coach(s).
