Remote until offices open up. Must be local. Schneider Electric has an opening for an Executive Assistant at our Boston, MA location. The selected candidate will use independent judgment to provide timely and effective administrative and clerical support to multiple members of the Innovation Leadership team. Other duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Record Partnership Cadences and upload recordings with slides and meeting minutes to box folder
  • Gather agenda items from each team member for biweekly cadence
  • Record Strategy Sessions and upload to box folder
  • Take meeting minutes of All Hands meetings and consolidate them with team members
  • Handle team meeting requests from other members as needed
  • Assist with start-up research and filtering as requested
  • Handle PO requests through Coupa
  • Handle projects as assigned
  • Handle deal creations in Pipedrive
  • Clean Pipedrive data
  • Input all start-ups as intro meetings are scheduled. Fill in basic information from Pitchbook.
  • Cross reference new inputs with Pitchbook and follow all start-ups
  • Upload new start-ups from Executive meeting and lists as needed
  • Handle internal customer service requests as needed
  • Upload files and meeting notes onto Pipedrive as instructed
  • Filter deals and produce reports for missing data fields and quality checks
  • Building integrations with Start-up databases such as Crunchbase and Pitchbook
  • Cross referencing VC portfolios with data
  • Working with Pipedrive on product enhancements
  • Onboarding new Pipedrive users and oversee user training

This position requires a two year degree and five years of experience in an executive level administrative position in a demanding environment. Proficient computer skills including MS Office products and web applications. Excellent organizational skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills required. Results oriented and able to make decisions without direct supervisor involvement and open to work in a multi-cultural environment. Must have a positive attitude and flexibility to work outside of regular schedule when special events require admin support.
