  • Initial investigation of support tickets and service requests from the business teams focusing on Oracle EBS
  • Research, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to common (documented) technical issues reported by the user or other team members and escalate to ERP implication Managed service team when necessary
  • Escalate support tickets when needed
  • Master data entry.
  • User administrations.
  • Support and administer IT Systems
  • Monitor support activity and recognize when repeated issues need to be given special attention for a resolution beyond simply solving each individual ticket.
  • Participate and assist with the support of coordinate user testing and training.
  • Master data entry.
  • User administrations.
  • Troubleshoot and fix common application related issue
  • Implement IT change and support system maintenance activities

Technical Requirements & Skills:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Hand on experience of supporting and administering IT systems
  • Experience supporting incidents and requests related to Oracle ERP system (Optional)
  • Requires superior computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including ability to use Microsoft Office desktop tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Sound reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving aptitude; Detail oriented.
  • Proven experience collaborating with others, including employees and contractors
  • Ability to learn new technologies
  • Effective communication skills (written and oral)
  • Effective and independent problem-solving skills
  • Great team player
  • Off-hours availability is required
