- Initial investigation of support tickets and service requests from the business teams focusing on Oracle EBS
- Research, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to common (documented) technical issues reported by the user or other team members and escalate to ERP implication Managed service team when necessary
- Escalate support tickets when needed
- Master data entry.
- User administrations.
- Support and administer IT Systems
- Monitor support activity and recognize when repeated issues need to be given special attention for a resolution beyond simply solving each individual ticket.
- Participate and assist with the support of coordinate user testing and training.
- Master data entry.

- Troubleshoot and fix common application related issue
- Implement IT change and support system maintenance activities
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Hand on experience of supporting and administering IT systems
- Experience supporting incidents and requests related to Oracle ERP system (Optional)
- Requires superior computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including ability to use Microsoft Office desktop tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Sound reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving aptitude; Detail oriented.
- Proven experience collaborating with others, including employees and contractors
- Ability to learn new technologies
- Effective communication skills (written and oral)
- Effective and independent problem-solving skills
- Great team player
- Off-hours availability is required
