- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Master preferred)
- Medical Device product development/systems engineering experience (5+ years)
- Eager to lead and mentor other engineers
- Prior experience in durable medical devices (not just implantable or disposables) is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing projects
- Experience in Human Factors/Usability Engineering (IEC62366)
