Project Details: Role: Model N Technical lead Location: Chicago, IL / Foster city CA (Currently Remote) Duration:6+ MONTHS Interview Criteria: Telephonic + Skype Job Description: Skillset: 1. Strong Model N Technical Lead with knowledge on the Managed Market domain (Commercial & Regulatory). 2. Java, Unix and SQL skilled 3. Knowledge on Validata Good to have 4. SDLC process knowledge. Responsibilities: 1. Performs the Technical Lead role for Model N and Validata Application that includes Monitoring/resolving the Incidents, Requests. 2. Performs the Operational activities includes Server maintenance , interaction with downstream and upstream application teams and their requests with MN. 3. Ownership in delivering the Model N technical and business requested tickets as per support model SLA. 4. Interaction with MN PS team on the patching/deployments. 5. Assist the Technical analysts performing the daily health monitoring 6. Follows the Client defined compliance process on documentation. 7. Analyze, design/develop the fix/datafix for the issues that helps to continue the client business process.
