Description Robert Half Technology is actively looking for a Help Desk Analyst. If you are interested in this position, please reach out to Amanda Hennek with Robert Half Technology atYour responsibilities- Offer IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues - Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the root of the problems- Manage correspondences on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups Requirements - Practical knowledge in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications- Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently- User administration and bug fixing in a client-server environment- Prior experience with IT support ticketing systems- Support Tickets experience preferred- Experience with customer service- Foundational knowledge in Call Center Customer Service- Solid understanding of Service Desk Tickets Robert Half Technology matches IT professionals with remote or on-site jobs on a temporary, project or full-time basis.
