Located in Madison, Wisconsin, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a long-term temporary role. We are currently opening up to 100% remote for candidates located in WI!What you get to do every day- Respond and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues - Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally- Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the root of the problems Requirements - 1+ years of prior experience- Demonstrated knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment- Demonstrated excellence in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications- Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively- IT support ticketing system experience desired- Deep understanding of Basic Troubleshooting- Microsoft Office Suites experience highly desired- Solid understanding of PC desktop/workstations- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365- Microsoft Outlook experience- Basic networking concepts Robert Half Technology matches IT professionals with remote or on-site jobs on a temporary, project or full-time basis.
